BUYER QUESTIONS
Good questions before
the first quotation.
These answers help set expectations for a real project review. They are not product specifications or market-specific compliance advice.
01Can you size a battery from my electricity bill?
A bill can help start the conversation, but it is not enough for a dependable design. Load timing, critical circuits, backup expectations, solar production, tariffs and local connection rules may all matter.
02Will the system work with my existing inverter?
Compatibility must be checked against the exact inverter model, firmware, battery voltage range, communications interface and market requirements. Share the nameplate or model details if you have them.
03Which certifications are included?
There is no universal certificate set for every battery, inverter and destination. The actual product, system boundary, market and installation scope need to be matched to valid documents before a claim is made.
04Can I request a return-on-investment estimate?
A useful estimate needs the site load profile, tariff structure, system costs, operating strategy and local rules. This sample does not invent savings or payback figures; any estimate should state its assumptions.
05What should I send for a commercial project?
If available, share interval load data, a single-line diagram, site plan, grid information, intended operating mode, target date and the EPC or installer contact. Unknown items can stay marked as open.
06Can a distributor or OEM ask about private label?
Yes. Include target markets, product families, expected launch timing, document requirements and the support your channel needs. MOQ, customization and exclusivity are confirmed individually.
