Identify the equipment
Ask for the manufacturer, exact model and revision for each battery, PCS and control component. A family brochure is not a substitute for model-specific information.
- Datasheet and configuration list
- Installation and operating manual
- Approved battery / inverter pairing and interface documentation
Check the evidence against its scope
A certificate or test report should identify what it covers, the applicable edition and the issuing body. Confirm it applies to the model and system boundary being quoted.
Write down the commercial boundary
List included equipment, exclusions, software or monitoring scope, packaging, shipping terms, warranty start and the party responsible for installation and commissioning.
Confirm local requirements
The destination country, utility and local authority can change the evidence and approval path. Use a qualified local party to confirm requirements for the project.
